RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1st FEBRUARY 2008 to 31 JANUARY 2009
Seasons and Rates
• Weekend Rate: R400 per night (2 nights minimum booking)
Applies all year round with the exception of Mid and Peak Seasons• Low Season: R350 per night (3 nights minimum booking)
Applies at all times except during Mid and Peak Season• Mid Season: R600 per night (7 or 3 nights minimum booking)
20 March to 12 April (7 nights minimum booking)
25 April to 4 May (3 nights minimum booking)
13 June to 16 June (3 nights minimum booking)• Peak Season: R800 per night (7 nights minimum booking)
6 December to 16 January

The unit sleeps six, with a maximum of 4 adults.
Check in at 14h00; Check out by 10h00
No students.
No persons under the age of 21 without adult supervision.
Bookings are not transferable.
Fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment with facilities for a maximum of 6.
All linen is provided; bring your own towels.
No dogs or pets allowed.
No smoking is permitted inside the unit.
Payment Terms and conditions
The following is payable to secure a booking:
A non refundable administration fee of R150
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation rental
Payable within 7 working days before arrival:-
The balance (50%) of the accommodation rental
Payable on arrival:-
A key and breakage deposit of R500 (refundable within 7 working days of departure)
Direct deposits, electronic transfers, internet payments and credit cards are accepted. No cheques are accepted
Important Conditions:
No keys will be handed over unless full payment has been effected.
Inventories will only be checked after departure.
Under no circumstances may more persons than the number reserved for be allowed to dwell on the property.
Should a tenant permit this he will not only forfeit any balance of his breakage deposit, but we reserve the right of eviction and any other steps we may deem fit to recover any damage or loss we may have sustained.
Under no circumstances may any furniture be moved around or taken outside.
No dogs or pets allowed.
